Based in Sydney, Chris drives the strategy and direction for the Pacific region. He works with ACI clients and the industry, responding to the opportunities and challenges of the payments environment. Prior to joining ACI, Chris held leadership positions in global software organizations including Salesforce, Oracle and IBM, and he brings a broad portfolio of management expertise developed over 25 years across banking, payments, CRM/ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions sectors. Chris previously led the Pacific region for ACI between 2013-16, where he made a significant contribution to the business, focusing on delivering value to clients and insights to the industry.
