A payments technology expert with more than twenty years of industry experience, Javier has worked at ACI in various solutions roles since 2005. Previously, he worked at Visa International in Latin America, as VP for smart card products and as a member of ISO WG5 and CEN-TC224 committees for standardization. Javier currently manages ACI Issuing, driving the strategy and roadmap for the solution.
